i'm so ANGRY!Yesterday I went over to FEP as i wanted to alter a top I ordered from F21 online but it doesn't fit me. It's too big. When i was younger in secondary school i brough my skirts to that place to alter it. I didn't expect the alteration fees to be above $10. Probably i don't know the current market price but whatever it is.I got there, changed and she started pinning up the places to be altered. Then I went to change out of it and when i got out, she already wrote the invoice and such. She told me that alteration fees is $30. I was shocked, so expensive but i paid $10 as downpayment first. Then my friend told me its quite expensive. On second thoughts, it really is VERY expensive. Almost the price of my top, so if i were to alter it means the top cost me $60plus. So i told the lady that I decided not to alter it anymore. Anyway, i was hoping it could be altered within a day or so but she say need about a week. and she can tell me that since she already keyed the cash into the register and opened an invoice, it will cost me $3 if i don't wanna do the alteration!WTH right? AND she only refunded me $7. I dont know what kind of rule is it and she said alot of rubbish, shop's policy but i dont see where it is. OMG.
